* Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education.
* Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a summer program setting.
* Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and engage students.
* Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
* Provide specialized instruction in English Language Arts, Writing, and Math to a diverse student caseload.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of students.

* Monitor student progress and maintain records as required by the program.
* Facilitate a structured daily schedule that includes instructional time and transitions.
