We are seeking an experienced Crewing Officer to join our office based team in Glasgow. The role supports domestic and international shipping clients across a range of vessel types, delivering crew management and recruitment services.
THE ROLE
* Manage recruitment and crew management activities
* Support and guide colleagues across crewing and recruitment
* Help ensure smooth, compliant recruitment processes
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience in marine or shipping is essential
* Background in crewing, recruitment, contracts, certification, quality or payroll preferred
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
* Must have the right to work in the UK
