We are partnering with a leading property management organisation in London who are looking to recruit an additional Customer Services Advisor to join their busy, friendly, and supportive team.

The Role
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with a wide range of enquiries via phone and email. You will aim to resolve queries efficiently at the first point of contact while delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas to help enhance the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Providing accurate and professional support
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Supporting continuous improvement within the customer service function
About You:
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Contact centre experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Property sector experience is desirable but not essential
This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance at the London office two days per week.
