We are seeking a reliable and detail:oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our clients finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets and structured processes in a calm office environment.
Due to the rural location, your own transport is essential .
This role is focused purely on accurate data entry and maintaining up:to:date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Inputting financial data into internal systems and spreadsheets
Updating and maintaining digital records
Processing invoices and expense information
Matching and checking data for accuracy
Supporting with basic reconciliation data input
Filing and organising electronic documents
Assisting with general administrative data tasks
What Were Looking For
Previous data entry or office administration experience
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Confident using spreadsheets and computer systems
Good numerical skills
Organised and methodical approach to work
Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
