Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a supported living service for young adults aged 18 to 48 with learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to support some amazing people

As a Support Worker with Potens, you'll do more than just work a shift — you'll help create joy, independence, and new opportunities for the people we support.

40 hours per week, we operate a two week rolling rota.
Working every other weekend.

What You'll Be Doing
Promoting and supporting independent living skills.
Encouraging choice and involvement.
Facilitating access to community activities.
Every day is different — but the focus is always the same: building confidence, independence and real relationships.
Supporting with a small amount of personal care.
Shifts will take place between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm and will include a mixture of days and evenings. Shifts may at times, start at 7am.
Working every other weekend.

Happy to take part in the chosen activities of the people we support – swimming, golf, attending music events and shopping etc.
Team player.
Experience preferred but not essential.
