Location & Role
Hybrid Bristol/High Wycombe with travel. Role: ERP Application Support Analyst. Reports to: Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* 1st and 2nd line support for ERP system (SyteLine), Doc‑Trak, Shop‑Trak and associated applications
* Train users on best practices to drive consistency
* Liaise with third‑party vendors while maintaining ownership of incidents
* Assist with new site setups and ERP‑related projects
* Use SQL to interrogate and analyse data
* Identify opportunities to improve business processes
* Manage ERP security and user setup
* Maintain technical documentation and test new functionality
Person Specification – Essential
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
* Experience: 2+ years enterprise‑level ERP support, including Infor products and/or SyteLine (highly desirable)
* Technical: Good technical understanding of SQL, familiarity with technical and business requirement gathering/analysis, support creation and maintenance of system documentation
* Professional: Ability to learn new technologies and processes, coordinate with other departments to develop new processes, perform duties in line with level of post
* Industry: Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering industry (desirable), exposure to PLM application (desirable)
* Personal Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility towards project changes, capable of managing and prioritising multiple complex projects, strong analytical skills, manage customer expectations, proactive in issue identification and prevention, user focused
What You’ll Bring

* Ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to change
