Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include: * Creating a welcoming environment for customers coming into the showroom. * Ensuring orders are processed and administered. * Managing supplier orders, supply chain logistics * New business development via social media and lead generation platforms. * Creating profitable on-going relationships with key customers. * Handling enquiries in the showroom, advising on the best technical solutions. * Coordinating fitters and overseeing the installs. * Maintaining existing memberships with Industry Specific Accreditations. * Informing customers of the benefits of these accreditations. * Generally mucking in to make sure the job gets done! As a Retail Showroom Sales Support and Operations Supervisor, you will have experience within a Retail/ Sales/ Customer Services environment, ideally with a knowledge of the Kitchen/ Bathroom/ Bedroom Design & Installation process / a background in logistics and scheduling within the Home Improvements, Construction, Interior Design sector. You will be a Retail Showroom Operations Supervisor, with confident customer facing / sales support skills, a friendly, helpful, positive can do attitude, natural leadership qualities, good organisational skills, initiative, a team player and IT Literate.
