About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in various markets. This position is suited for a driven professional with a proven track record in building strong client relationships, and an ability to deliver against ambitious growth targets.


What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute business plans to establish the company as a leading B2B solutions provider
* Increase the company's customer portfolio and market share
* Work closely with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities that drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services and ensure that potential customers have a clear understanding of their value proposition.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant networking opportunities.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging those relationships to drive profitable business growth.
* Develop and execute sales forecasts and plans, ensuring that targets are achieved and exceeded.
* Sell the full suite of products and services offered by the company, including white-label solutions, platform-only services, and games aggregator offerings.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities, and be attentive to customer needs to capitalize on those opportunities.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches that meet the needs of potential customers.
* Other duties as required to support the growth of the business.


About You

* Experience in business development or sales, ideally with a proven track record of achieving targets in the iGaming industry.
* Demonstrable success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
* Established network of contacts within the iGaming industry is an asset.
* Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
* Fluency in Spanish will be considered a strong plus
* Willingness to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and market development initiatives.
