Requirements
The duties of this position involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before any formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council. Please note: PVG records are continuously updated with new vetting information. Any relevant information disclosed on a PVG Scheme Record or Record Update will be discussed with the applicant prior to an employment offer.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Doon Academy, Dalmellington. The working hours are 35 hours per week, scheduled at the line manager's discretion.
