I am working closely with my LPA client based in the South-West as they seek two interim Principal DM Planning Officers on initial 4-month contracts.
Both positions will include the following responsibilities:
- Small caseload of major applications
- Management responsibilities for a small DM team (3-4 staff)
- Signing off applications for the team
- Reporting into the area manager
Both roles are remote-based. However, one post/contract requires office attendance 1-2 times per week and committee attendance once per month.
The other post/contract is more flexible and requires office presence every 2-4 weeks dependant on distance from the office. Committee attendance once per month is also applicable.
