Your day will include: Helping younger pupils with routines and supporting social interaction Encouraging positive behaviour through praise, guidance and consistency Leading or supporting playground games to build confidence and teamwork Communicating effectively with staff about any concerns Building warm relationships with pupils from a range of cultural backgrounds We value staff who are adaptable, supportive and committed to children’s wellbeing.
