Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to work with a NHS Trust based in Norwich on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to Trust users * Analyse, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues * Support and maintain Windows desktop and server environments (Windows 7/10 and Windows Server 2003–2016) * Manage and monitor system performance, capacity, and alerts * Administer backup and restoration procedures, including scheduling, monitoring, and escalation * Support Citrix environments and core infrastructure services * Assist with security administration, including patching, antivirus, and access control * Escalate and manage issues with internal systems and third-party suppliers * Ensure incidents and requests are logged, prioritised, and resolved in line with SLAs Essential Requirements * Relevant IT qualification, HND/HNC, or equivalent experience * Strong experience supporting Microsoft server and desktop environments * Experience working in a 3rd line IT support role If this role would be of interest, please apply with an up to date CV ASAP...
