At Aspris, we believe that all young people deserve the best chance to grow, develop, and receive support that prepares them for a bright future. Our Residential Support Workers are crucial in helping us achieve our vision.
What The Role Looks Like
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional support to our young people and assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and getting to school. If you work during the weekend, you will mostly be off-site, engaging in activities like theme parks, bowling, cinemas, and zoos, making your work enjoyable and fun.
Our homes accommodate young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. While challenges may arise, our Residential Support Workers often find the relationships and memories they create to be highly rewarding, especially when witnessing a young person's progress.
Our home in Telford, Shropshire, is a five-bedroom facility for young men, providing a nurturing environment and exceptional care for those who have experienced trauma. We aim to offer the best opportunities in life, fostering new experiences and memories that pave the way for a safe and fulfilling adulthood.
Note: Due to the location, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
