Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Kingston upon Thames (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (40 hours per week)

A well-established luxury retail and design business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to manage the full purchase ledger for one online group entity. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Supervisor, this is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring accuracy, organisation and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing 150-250 invoices daily
* Matching invoices to GRNs and inputting into the system
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
* Managing pro-forma suppliers and missing invoices
* Preparing payment runs for review
* Supporting intercompany reconciliations
* Handling supplier queries via phone and email

After six months, access to corporate banking systems will be granted (subject to approval).

Requirements:
* Previous high-volume Accounts Payable experience
* Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Professional communication skills
* Organised, dependable and deadline-focused
