By maintaining accurate control of aircraft parts, materials, tooling, and fly‑away packs—across the Main Operating Base, deployed sites, and third‑party maintenance locations—you will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our fleet. What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate control of aircraft parts, including stock audits, rotation, and shelf‑life management. Pre‑kitting spares and tooling for scheduled maintenance inputs. Issuing serviceable aircraft parts and materials to engineers. Deploying and recovering fly‑away packs to remote locations (including out‑of‑hours support). Inspecting and dispatching unserviceable components for repair, overhaul, or servicing. Handling and controlling hazardous materials in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the AirTanker Operations Manual. Updating GCIS records for ATrS and PSC inventory across all operating locations. Maintaining storage facilities both on‑ and off‑base to regulatory standards. Managing controlled, restricted, ITAR, and military‑grade equipment securely. Demonstrating strong safety awareness and accurate record‑keeping at all times. Supporting Tool Store processes out of hours when required. What you'll bring Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a storekeeping role within a technical or high‑technology environment. Competent user of computerised storekeeping systems. Experience in MRO asset management transactions. Familiarity with technical stock auditing. Desirable Skills & Experience Knowledge of Part 145 regulations. Experience working within a MOD logistics environment. Additional Requirements Valid UK Driving Licence. Ability and willingness to obtain Forklift Truck Local Licences and other required vehicle authorisations.
