Your Role
* Complete installations, servicing and general maintenance of air source heat pumps
* Undertake general central heating system repairs
* Organise labour and materials
* Carry out onsite supervision providing technical and practical support
* Fault finding analysis, maintenance and repairs to commercial and domestic heating systems
* Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and effectively
* Document works using your PDA
* Report accidents, near‑miss events, and potential hazards
* Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit
* Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
What We Need From You
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
* Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent
* Proven Air Source Heat Pump/multi‑fuel experience including installations and servicing
* A full UK driving license
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
* A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
* Ability to manage your time and workload independently
* Additional qualifications (water regulations, Solar, RFQ L3, F‑Gas) are desirable
