We are looking for aSenior Legal Counsel to help us comply with UK financial regulations and support our expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities
* Providing legal advice on regulatory compliance for Zen.com’s operations in the UK financial sector
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including terms & conditions, agreements, and customer notifications
* Preparing corporate documents, such as board/shareholder meeting minutes and regulatory filings
* Monitoring and interpreting legal and regulatory changes affecting the company’s business operations
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in the financial sector
* Excellent knowledge of UK laws, especially financial sector regulations
* Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations would be a strong plus
* Result-oriented mindset with the ability to find creative solutions

The successful candidate will be subject to a 3-month probationary period. During this time, the notice period for both parties will be one month.
