Job Description:
Established for over 40 years and one of the largest signage companies in the UK, Nuneaton Signs have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Signage Contract Estimator. You would be involved in managing contracts for the design, manufacture and installation of various types of signs, including construction site signs, building signs, and commercial signage. You would also be involved in attending site visits and meetings onsite, Nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:*
·Contract review:
Reviewing contracts from clients, ensuring timelines can be met.
·Financial management:
Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to financial agreements.
·Compliance:
Ensure that all signage projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
·Project monitoring:
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track, in conjunction with the project manager.
·Stakeholder Management:
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
·Contract closure:
Manage the final stages of contracts, including documentation, handover, and any necessary follow-up including any payment applications.
·Subcontract operations:
Have a good understanding of subcontract operations and negotiations.
· Financial management:
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting is important.
·Project management:
Experience in managing projects, particularly within the signage or construction industry is valuable.
·Communication and interpersonal skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders.
·Attention to detail:
Contract management requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
·Problem solving skills:
Able to identify and resolve issues that may arise drawing the contract lifecycle.

Skills and attributes:
* SSSTS card.
* CSCS card.
* Full UK Driving licence.
* Experience in the signage and or construction industry.
* Competent with Microsoft excel.
* Good communication.
* Able to take a hands-on approach with installation when necessary.
* Team player.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
