Job Title: Head of Engineering

The Role
* Set and deliver the site's engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
* Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
* Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
* Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations.
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies.
* Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
* High integrity, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
