Personal Assistant to General Manager & Managing Director / Office Manager - Environment Products and Services Ltd

Location: Newry, Northern Ireland (Office-based)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum

Office & Executive Support:

* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and General Manager of the company.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and professional standards.

Financial Administration:

* Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
* Manage invoices, purchase orders, credit control, and expense processing.
* Monitor cash flow and support monthly and year-end financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Governance & Compliance:

* Support preparation of board packs, company filings, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate company records and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Company Secretary with exposure to financial administration.
* Strong financial skills including bookkeeping, budget monitoring, and reporting.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage) desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
