An amazing Registered Nurse opportunity has become available at a lovely home. They provide high quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with *mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia, and long-term conditions such as Huntington’s disease.*
*Responsibilities:*
· Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports - risk assessments and care plans
· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions
· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments
· To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.
· Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to managers.
· Good understanding of the CQC Standards
*You will need the following skills and qualities:*
* An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
* Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
* A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.
* A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
