What You’ll Need
* Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or equivalent senior nursing role.
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, and compliance.

* Support the Home Manager with the clinical and operational leadership of the service.
* Ensure high standards of nursing care, compliance, and safeguarding.
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams on shift.
* Monitor audits, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
