Senior Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant | Remote (monthly travel) • Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:00
Reporting to: Senior Service Delivery Manager
Location: Corsham/Isle of Man-based cyber security team with maritime focus; remote work with travel as needed.
About the Role
We are looking for a Service Delivery Consultant (Maritime) to join our team, acting as the first point of contact for our superyacht clients and supporting the delivery of cutting-edge cyber security services. You’ll work closely with our Cyber Security Consultants based in Corsham and the Isle of Man, bridging maritime operations and cyber resilience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge in cyber security while leveraging your maritime expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
* Conduct scoping calls and understand client needs
* Liaise with the CEO to confirm payment terms
* Maintain CRM records in line with ISO9001
* Prepare contracts and assign consultants
* Coordinate project delivery and ensure client expectations are met
* Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed
* Support internal and external meetings
Client Engagement
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Respond to service enquiries and arrange intro calls
* Identify opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in the maritime sector (e.g. superyachts)
* Skilled in service delivery and working with high-level clientele
* A confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable creating professional documentation
* Eager to learn and grow within the cyber security space
