2 x Part-Time Posts | 18.5 hours per week paid on-call We’re expanding our County Wide Specialist Services (CWSS) team and are looking for passionate, motivated workers to help support children, young people, and families when they need it most. This is a part-time role (18.5 hours) with a minimum of two overnight on-calls, paid separately. While part time, regular additional hours are expected, including evenings, weekends, and on-call work. About the Role You’ll deliver intensive, wrap-around support to children, young people and families experiencing crisis. Working across services such as Supporting Solutions, Rapid Response, ERASE and the Emergency Duty Team, you’ll use trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to help families achieve positive, lasting change and to prevent family breakdown or entry into care. You’ll support: Young people with mental health needs Those at risk of exploitation or going missing Children struggling with education, behaviour, substance use or wellbeing This is a developing role, so there’s real opportunity to help shape the team as the service grows.
