We are currently looking for a Groundworker the Brent Cross area working for well-established building contractor. This is a self-employed role, working on a new build site, on a long-term, self-employed contract. I would love to see CV's from anyone who has worked as a Lead Groundworker, Groundworks Team Leader, Skilled Labourer Kerb Layer or Concrete Finisher. The Groundworker will be responsible for: Slabbing Paving Kerbs Digging up FencingThe successful Groundworker will: Hold a valid CSCS card Will hold a full UK driving licence Have their own tools Have relevant industry experienceIn return, the Groundworker will receive: Weekly pay (CIS payments available) 40 hours week Overtime available All materials provided Long term work ASAP startLocation and travel This role is working on one site in the Brent Cross area.
