Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent.
* Ability to teach your core specialism to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Strong classroom management skills with a focus on student engagement.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to process one).

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Prepare and supervise safe, exciting practical experiments.
* Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to fail and learn.
* Collaborate with the department to develop innovative schemes of work.
* Attend departmental meetings and occasional parent's evenings.
