About the role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload to resolution, on matters such as: Contract disputes Shareholder and Partnership disputes IP and IT Disputes Professional negligence claims Defamation and reputation management Insolvency litigation Banking claims Franchise Disputes Injunctive Relief About You The successful candidate for this position will ideally have 2-6 years PQE within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
