The role of Estate Technician will include:
1. Undertake basic repairs, grounds maintenance, caretaking and general cleaning, in accordance with agreed scheme specification
2. Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in accordance with contract specifications and escalate complaints as appropriate
3. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks and ensure stock levels are maintained
4. Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed
Skills and experiences:
5. Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties
6. Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
7. Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
8. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths
9. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

20. £26,733 per annum (rising to £28,140 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
