Our Client is looking for a time served electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to provide a professional, high quality multi-skilled (electro-mechanical) engineering service. The role is permanent and full time, hours of work three twelve hour shifts per week rotating days and nights 6.00am-6.00pm and 6.00pm-6.00am, this would be over a 6 day period of work so, unless overtime was required there would be no Saturday nights or Sunday days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of production lines and will be responsible for the following: * Ensuring that all operations on equipment are performed to a professional, high quality standard * Informing and updating Engineering and Production Management with regards to line availability following breakdowns * Making sure that equipment is properly maintained, and identified faults are reported and logged so that corrective action can be taken * Assisting with the planned preventative maintenance programs * Collaborating with Production and Quality departments to improve output and efficiencies * Record maintenance and results/resolutions for future reference * Ensuring all parts are removed from equipment and the area is clear and safe prior to production line re-starting Essential Experience: * Time served electrical biased engineer Desirable Experience: * PLC experience is advantageous but not essen...
