The role
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for strong hands-on experience administering and optimising HubSpot CRM. We require knowledge of HubSpot modules, including Commerce Hub and CPQ functionality. We need understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales enablement principles. We require experience creating dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation. We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. We require the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. We are looking for a proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: We will own, manage, maintain, and optimise our HubSpot CRM platform to support evolving business and sales requirements. We will ensure customer, prospect, and pipeline data remains accurate, complete, and compliant with governance standards. We will design and develop CRM workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation to improve efficiency and visibility. We will support sales teams through CRM training, guidance, and best-practice adoption. We will produce insightful reporting on pipeline performance, sales activity, CRM utilisation, and forecasting. We will analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement. We will collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to integrate HubSpot with wider business systems. We will drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve user experience.
