Location: New York, with travel to Miami during peak operational periods within the USA.
Summary of role:
Based primarily in our New York office (minimum 3 x days per week), however with seasonal months spent in Miami eg. Nov – March (shoot dependant.) You'll join the production team to support in all aspects of shoot production, from logistics and scheduling to creative team bookings and call sheets. Assist with research, presentations, and content delivery while managing smaller shoots under guidance. The role requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills, with a proactive, team-oriented attitude and a keen interest in the creative production industry. Must be willing to spend time in NYC & Miami as required. Ideally with a base in Miami but not essential.
Required Experience (Specialised Skills & Background):
· Some experience in shoot production within creative or production agencies.
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
· Interest in the industry (photographers, models, directors, locations).
· Knowledge of model casting, optioning teams, and liaising with agents.
· Familiarity with call sheets and production documents.
· Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
· Effective communicator under pressure and open to asking questions.
· On-set support skills; direct on-set experience is a plus.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Support the production team across all stages (bids, prep, shoot and wrap ups) of multiple shoot productions.
· Work with producers on large-scale shoots; manage smaller shoots independently with guidance from senior producers.
· Handle logistics including travel, equipment, creative team bookings, transport, visas, carnets, and call sheets.
· Assist with model casting, optioning teams, and liaising with agents, photographers, and directors.
· Research locations, suppliers, and talent, and contribute to creative presentations and pitches.
· Organize and maintain production kits and welcome kits for the team and traveling shoots.
· Handle administrative tasks such as accounting, reconciliations, and office support.
· Collate and deliver shoot content for marketing/social media.
· Work independently and collaboratively to achieve project objectives and contribute to overall success of individual projects and PF's reputation.
· Carry out additional tasks as required to support production needs.
