We are pleased to be recruiting a reliable and proactive Building Services Support Caretaker to join our Estates & Facilities team at Cadbury College. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the college is safe, secure, clean and fully operational. You will be responsible for opening and closing the college at agreed times, supporting site security, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and responding to out-of-hours alarm activations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and contributing to a positive learning environment for staff and students.
