Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 Travel to Site Pension Healthcare Bonus (Discretionary) The Company: Our client is an established £40m Contractor throughout the UK, with a reputation for exceptional delivery on some of London’s largest and most complex construction projects. They’ve made a name for themselves across the construction industry and operate in the Commercial and Residential sectors with leading Main Contractors throughout the industry. Our client has over 20 years on industry experience and due to consistent project wins, they’re looking to expand their team across the junior Estimating side. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities. * Support the estimating team in managing project costs and contracts. * Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting. * Monitor and report on project financial performance. * Assist in the preparation of final accounts and variations. Qualifications and Skills: * Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. * Some experience in the M&E sector, ideally with commercial projects. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus.
