Test Manager - Coupa, Oracle & Data
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a major Coupa implementation, followed by integration with Oracle. This role sits within a complex transformation programme covering Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), data migration, and multi-system integration across a fast‑paced telecom / retail‑style environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end‑to‑end test strategy, planning, execution, and governance for the Coupa implementation .
* Define and manage mock cycles, data reconciliation plans, testing timelines, and exit criteria.
* Lead functional and non-functional testing across all relevant S2P processes .
* Lead detailed testing across P2P processes, ensuring purchasing, invoicing, approvals, supplier
* Oversee all data migration and data validation activities to ensure clean, reconciled data across systems.
* Coordinate end-to-end testing across Coupa, Oracle, Siebel, and ServiceNow .
