Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Clerical Officer to work in the Department of Reproductive Medicine, primarily supporting the Andrology service.
The post-holder will serve as the key administrative contact for the Andrology service, handling patient referrals, booking appointments, inputting data into various IT systems, and supporting laboratory and clinical teams as needed.
Main duties of the job
The candidate should be a team player with a desire to learn and develop, capable of working accurately, managing workload effectively, possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and able to meet deadlines to deliver high-quality service.
Strong computer literacy is essential, including experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT systems.
