Job Description
The finance Business Partner will include:
3. Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the trust's objectives.
4. Provide comprehensive financial advice to the operations team.
5. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with NHS and regulatory standards.
6. Monitor and manage budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Liaise with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
8. Contribute to financial projects and initiatives within the trust.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Business Partner should Be a qualified accountant within a similar role ideally within the NHS or public body, a proven track record with Stakeholders and budget holders providing advice,
9. An accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
10. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
11. Strong financial and business acumen.
12. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
13. Proven experience in financial reporting and budget management.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
