Rate of Pay: £12.79 – £16.53 per hour
The Customer Service Advisor – Care & Wellbeing Hub (Carers) plays a vital role in supporting unpaid carers across Lincolnshire by delivering compassionate, person‑centred advice and guidance through the Care & Wellbeing Hub. The role requires resilience, empathy, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging conversations. The post holder will utilise the Mosaic case management system and other IT platforms to accurately record information, develop emergency response plans, liaise with professionals, and ensure that carers receive timely and effective support in line with legislative and safeguarding requirements.
