Role & Responsibilities of the Conference Producer: Help to expand the network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space. In the medium-term, pick up the production of your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event. Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables – virtually and face-to-face. Build a gripping narrative around all your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally. Budget management for events. Desirable Skills & Experience of the Conference Producer: 12-18 months proven conference production experience Value teamwork and thrive on building positive relationships across functions.
