Join our progressive, award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering team in our Leeds office on our 2026 Graduate Programme. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort in a creative, interdisciplinary environment, with strong support from colleagues and guidance from senior staff within our open and collaborative culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in Structural Engineering, delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.


What You Will Do

* Contribute to concept and scheme design, modelling, detailed design, specifications and drawings.
* Prepare reports, providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
* Undertake STEM engagement activities.
* Liaise with internal and external team members, developing relationships and people skills.
* Manage your workload to meet project deadlines.
* Engage with the wider C&S division, the Technical Leadership Team and Carbon Task Force to exchange best practice and support ongoing initiatives.
* Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.
* Attend and contribute to project team meetings.
* Visit site to undertake inspections and walkovers.
* Develop commercial awareness by assisting with preparation of proposals and tenders for new work.

Qualifications and Attributes

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Structural Engineering.

Working Arrangements

Graduates are asked to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week to ensure appropriate support and development.
