Macgregor Black are proud to partner with a Leading Food Manufacturer on their search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham.
As Senior National Account Manager, you will partner with major grocery clients, holding full P&L responsibility, leading commercial negotiations across the portfolio. You will identify opportunities for new business and work strategically with clients to grow the business moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
* P&L Responsibility for key major grocery customers
* Managing commercial negotiation including price increases, NPD and volume/margin increases
* Develop long-lasting client relationships, creating opportunities for strategic growth, using market and customer knowledge
* Knowledgeable in trends and market opportunities
What we are looking for?
* Experience in account management of major grocery multiples within food manufacturing, including full P&L management
* Excellent account management skills including negotiations and strategic planning
* Ability to identify new business opportunities to strategically grow accounts
* Proactively working to deliver results for customers
* Knowledge of trends and innovation
