Role Overview
This is a varied role combining sales, marketing, and administration. You will be responsible for photographing watches, listing them across multiple selling platforms, engaging with customers, and supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Photograph luxury watches to a high standard for online listings.
* Create and manage product listings across eBay, Facebook Marketplace, company website, Instagram, and other selling platforms.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries regarding watches.
* Assist with sales processes, including taking payments and updating records.
* General administration duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining stock records.
* Support social media activity by creating engaging posts and responding to messages.
* Ensure accurate descriptions and pricing are uploaded across all platforms.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, representing the brand professionally.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong computer skills and confidence using online selling platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify/website CMS, Instagram).
* Good photography skills (basic product photography experience preferred, training can be provided).
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone.
* Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Sales experience (retail, e-commerce, or customer service background preferred).
* Interest in luxury watches is desirable but not essential.
