Financial Adviser
* Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 basic plus quarterly bonuses with a generous bonus scheme.
* Hybrid role with time spent visiting clients

My client is seeking a Level 4 Qualified Financial Adviser to join their established Wealth Management firm. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in retaining business and has a proven track record of developing new client relationships as they will be given a client bank of approximately 100 clients. With their firm doubling in size over the last four years, they offer a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, with the opportunity to inherit a larger client bank later in the year, depending on performance.
* Focus on both retaining existing clients and generating new business to expand the client bank.
* Work closely with full paraplanning and admin support to maximise efficiency in client management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 4 Qualification in Financial Advising.
* Experience in client retention and new business development.
* Ability to manage and expand a client portfolio effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
