Sales Administration Assistant
to join our Southern sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in supporting commercial success from behind the scenes.
About this Role
You'll help keep our sales function running smoothly, ensuring every quote, form and follow-up is handled with care and efficiency.
Generate professional customer quotations
Keep our CRM up to date
Raise booking forms for hires and sales
Liaise with Fleet and Hire Desk teams
Provide aftercare and gather customer feedback
About You
You're thorough, goal-driven and enjoy getting things done right the first time.
Experience in administration, ideally within sales support
Confident using CRM systems and communication tools
Organised and calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Friendly, collaborative and eager to learn
