Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £40k + Comm

The role:
Grow a portfolio of existing accounts by renewing and expanding solutions, and introducing new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account plans; monitor account health to ensure satisfaction and growth.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels; act as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to incorporate client feedback and align solutions with client needs.
* Own commercial targets, including renewals and revenue growth.
* Represent the company externally, providing market insights and participating in industry events.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in account management, business development, or client growth (preferably in early talent, HR, or education marketing).
* Proven success in retaining and growing complex client portfolios.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused thinker.
* Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Passion for supporting early talent; motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
Team Expectations:
