Job Title: PDQ Administrator
Salary: £23,300 - £27,650
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Fixed term (Maternity Cover), Full time (35 hours a week)

About the role
The PDQ Administrator is responsible for supporting all members of the PDQ Team with tasks associated with the ongoing quality assurance and growth of Cambridge PDQs around the world. This position is an opportunity to learn and develop new skills alongside consolidating skills you already have. As well as general administration and project support for the team the specific accountabilities of the role include;
* Supporting with the quality assurance of our PDQ Programmes, responsibility around the re-accreditation of programmes and maintaining records and data
* Responding to customer queries including understanding the PDQ assessment series and triaging queries to team specialists where needed
* Coordinating commissioning and arranging payment for Assessment Specialists and consultants and sending invoice requisitions for customers.
About you
You will be a self-motivated individual with good organisation skills. Good attention to detail is crucial. You will have strong communication skills both written and oral and be able to create and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally. You will thrive on problem solving and be able to manage your own time and prioritisation effectively.
You will have had experience in an administrative or similar supporting role. You will have a working understanding of Microsoft Office. Ideally, but not essential, you will have had experience dealing with commission and processing contracts and payments. You will have experience in a customer facing role.
