Procurement & Contract Specialist – Engineering & Construction Projects (Permanent, Hybrid, UK-wide)
Belcan Workforce Solutions re seeking a Procurement & Contract Specialist for a permanent position supporting engineering and construction project delivery teams. This hybrid role can be based from Warwickshire, Derby, London, Manchester, Motherwell, or York.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles as part of a project delivery team—not just centralised procurement.
* Strong working knowledge of UK standard forms of contract, including NEC4, JCT, and IChemE.
* MCIPS membership (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
* Experience in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, or utilities is highly desirable.
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Role Overview:
You’ll lead procurement activities across professional services, supporting both bid and delivery phases. You’ll work closely with legal, commercial, and project teams to ensure contract compliance and strategic supplier engagement.
