Enfys Estates are a leading Estate Agency specialising in Residential Sales and Lettings. With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Property Sales/Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of our sales & Lettings operations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the buying and selling and lettings process for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish. You will be working closely with clients, buyers, and other real estate professionals to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
Working hours are 9am- 6pm, Monday - Friday
Every other Saturday 9am-3pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants, and provide knowledgeable insights on each property.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales and lets.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Manage the entire sales and lettings cycle, from initial contact to contract completion.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements in real estate transactions.
* Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure a seamless transaction process.
* Collaborate with the Enfys Estates team to achieve shared goals and celebrate success.
* Represent Enfys Estates with warmth, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property sales or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
