* Qualified tutors with real‑world academic credentials and proven tutoring experience.
* Experience supporting students with SEN or other learning challenges.
* Mastery in core subjects + the ability to adapt to every student’s needs.
* Patience, energy, and a student‑first mindset.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* The drive to see every student succeed and soar.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver lessons that excite and engage.
* Build confidence in students and transform their learning outcomes.
* Tackle challenging behaviour with skill, patience, and strategy.
* Track progress – weekly reports, measurable growth.
* Deliver lessons beyond the traditional classroom in students’ homes, community spaces such as libraries – using life skills and practical approaches to make learning engaging, memorable, and effective.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with SEN and support their individual learning goals.
