We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of children’s development in Lower Key Stage 2. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress effectively, using a range of strategies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, trips, and special events.
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in Lower KS2.
* Good knowledge of the national curriculum for Year 3.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
* A positive, reflective approach and a commitment to high standards.
