This is an exciting time to be joining the Group as we deliver our Digital Transformation programme, you will work closely with technical teams, service managers and suppliers to design, optimise and embed digital solutions that deliver genuine business value and improve the experience for both staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead analyst for digital transformation initiatives across housing, care, support and corporate services. Collaborate with vendors, internal colleagues and project teams to ensure effective delivery of new systems, integrations and enhancements. Analyse existing platforms and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and improved user experience. Support the rollout of new technology, ensuring adoption through training, documentation and user‑centred design. Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot issues and support continuous service improvement. Champion digital innovation across the organisation and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement. Who we’re looking for? You will be highly confident in cloud technologies, networking, security, virtualisation and the Microsoft stack, with the ability to learn new and emerging technologies quickly to maximum effect.
